A qualified lead is a new potential customer that is ideal for our services. To qualify for the €50 donation reward, the company you refer must meet the following criteria:

• This is a new contact for our agency (i.e., we are no longer in active conversation with them).
• You have personally contacted them and they are waiting to hear from us.
• They have a genuine need for branding, web, or general digital marketing services.
• They schedule and successfully complete an initial discovery call with our team to discuss their project.

We process rewards into two key milestones to keep things clear and simple:

• The donation of 50€: We will make the donation to The Ocean Cleanup on your behalf within 5 business days after your referral completes their discovery call. You'll receive an email confirmation from us as soon as it's completed.
• The partnership reward (10% cash or 20% credit): This reward is processed after the new customer has signed their project agreement and their first project bill has been paid. We will contact you directly at that time to ask if you prefer cash commission or service credit.
